At Olde Towne Kolaches & Bakery, we start fresh everyday! Our experienced bakers start with our signature dough, handmade from scratch every morning. Then we add only the highest quality ingredients, such as hand-cracked eggs, butter, American cheese, Texas meats, and no artificial preservatives. Staying true to the traditional Czech kolaches, we serve authentic fruit kolaches filled with apricot, apple, peach, cherry, and poppy seed. As for the Tex-Czech kolaches, we serve many meat varieties, filled with sausage, bacon, ham, eggs, chicken, beef, and jalapeno.

In addition to serving many flavors of kolaches, we also bake fresh pastries, such as cinnamon rolls, pecan sticky buns, fruit strudels, muffins, cookies and more.

We proudly partner with Houston’s specialty coffee roaster, Bright & Early Coffee. Customers can enjoy a hot cup of freshly brewed coffee of our most popular flavors, such as Breakfast Blend, Southern Pecan and Texas Cinnamon.
